What we collect

When you submit the systems assessment or contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, website, email address, phone number, business type, the areas you want help with, any platforms you list and the message you write.

We also record basic source information automatically — the page you submitted from, the page you first landed on, the referring site and any campaign parameters in the URL. This is used to understand how people find us, and is never shown publicly.

How we use it

We use your information to review your business, prepare your assessment and respond to your request. If you opt in to Gun Store Systems Insights, we also send occasional educational updates. Marketing consent is separate from your inquiry and you can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Sensitive information

Please do not submit FFL numbers, ATF documentation, banking credentials, cardholder data or customer records through our forms. Our intake is a business strategy conversation, not an operational data transfer.

Storage and retention

Submissions are stored in our secured backend and are accessible only to authorized members of our team. We retain inquiries for as long as needed to serve you and to maintain accurate business records.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from marketing emails, at any time by replying to any email from us or submitting a request through our contact form.
