Practice
Research, review and correction
Who writes and who reviews
Guides are produced by the practice that does the work and reviewed by the practice with firsthand experience in that area — engineering reviews platform and integration claims, the payments practice reviews underwriting, processor and gateway claims. Attribution is shown on every guide and explained on the team page.
What we will not publish
- Invented authors, credentials, awards, ratings or reviews.
- Client results without the operator's written approval.
- Volume-produced articles written to fill a keyword map rather than answer a real question.
- Legal or compliance conclusions. We describe systems, not statutes.
Maintenance
Cornerstone guides in the Resource Center are reviewed against live implementations rather than left to age. Migrated posts in the blog archive retain their original publication date and are updated or superseded when the underlying platform behaviour changes.
Corrections
If something here is wrong, tell us and we will fix it. Contact us with the page and the correction; material changes are reflected in the page's modified date.
