Systems Packages for FFL Dealers

We don’t sell retainers. We build systems. The difference matters, a retainer buys you time and activity, a system builds infrastructure that compounds. Our packages are organized around the five core systems, with options to start focused and expand as each layer matures.

How Our Packages Work

Every engagement begins with a Systems Assessment, a structured analysis of your current digital and operational infrastructure, your revenue gaps, and the highest-leverage systems to deploy first. From there, we build a deployment plan that fits your store's current state, budget, and goals. Most clients start with one or two systems and expand over time. Some clients need the full stack from day one. Either way, we build the right system for your situation, not a templated package that ignores where you actually are.

left-side-thumb

Foundation Package: Acquisition + Transaction

The Foundation Package is the starting point for most FFL dealers, the two systems that most directly affect revenue: getting qualified buyers to your store or site, and making sure they can actually complete a purchase without friction. Includes the full Acquisition System (SEO, local, content) and the full Transaction System (payment processing, ecommerce, POS integration). This is the minimum viable stack for a gun store serious about digital growth.

Growth Package: All Five Systems

The Growth Package is the full stack, all five systems deployed, integrated, and running on a shared data layer. Acquisition, Conversion, Transaction, Retention, and Operations. This is the package for dealers who are ready to stop managing vendors and start running on systems. Everything is built in-house, integrated, and maintained by our team. The Growth Package is what separates a well-run gun store from one that's always one processor drop or Google update away from a crisis.

Custom Engagements

Some clients come to us with a specific system that's failing, a broken ecommerce setup, a compliance gap in their transaction workflow, or a retention system that's never been built. We handle custom engagements for single-system deployments, system audits, and technology migrations. If you have a specific problem and need a systems solution, contact us and we'll tell you directly whether we can help and what it will take.

What's Always Included

Regardless of package, every engagement includes direct access to our in-house team (no account managers), no outsourced labor, no templated deliverables, in-house build and deployment, and ongoing system maintenance. We don't hand you a system and disappear. We stay in the work because the systems need to evolve as your store grows.

What We Don't Do

We don't sell standalone SEO reports. We don't build one-page websites. We don't run paid social ads for gun stores (the platforms don't support it effectively). We don't manage your Google Ads. We build systems, and if what you need is a one-time deliverable from a vendor, we're probably not the right fit.

Let's Find the Right Starting Point

Tell us about your store: size, current systems, biggest gaps, and we'll come back with a deployment plan that makes sense for where you are and where you're trying to go.

Frequently Asked Question

Do you publish fixed pricing?

We don’t publish fixed pricing because every deployment is custom. Pricing is based on the systems being deployed, your store’s current infrastructure, and the complexity of integration required. Contact us for a systems assessment and we’ll provide transparent pricing for your specific situation.

Yes. Our minimum engagement is a single-system deployment, which typically requires a 6-month commitment. Systems take time to build, configure, and optimize: short engagements don’t produce the outcomes our clients expect.

We work with stores that are serious about systems investment. If budget is constrained, we’ll help you identify the highest-leverage single system to start with and build from there. We’d rather deploy one system well than stretch a budget across five systems poorly.

A systems assessment covers your current digital and operational infrastructure, where the revenue gaps are, what your biggest compliance and operational vulnerabilities are, and which systems would deliver the highest return if deployed first. You come out of it with a clear picture and a prioritized deployment plan.

Yes. Most deployments include a monthly management and optimization fee that covers ongoing system maintenance, SEO management, content production, reporting, and support. We’ll give you a clear breakdown of one-time build costs versus ongoing fees before you commit to anything.

Our minimum engagement is six months per system, which is the minimum time needed to build, configure, and optimize properly. We don’t lock clients into multi-year agreements, but we’re also not the right fit for businesses looking for a quick one-month engagement.
